Why buy our Lions Mane powder?
Grown in Australia: Mushrooms are highly absorbent. They will absorb the heavy metals and toxins from the environment in which they are in. Thus if they are grown in polluted areas or with unclean water they can be dangerous to consume.
Superior drying process: Our Lion's Mane mushrooms are not just grown in the pollution-free Yarra Valley (Victoria); but they are also freeze dried in Victoria. Freeze drying is the most superior form of drying. It allows for a much more nutrient dense product that is almost identical to the fresh form of the mushroom. The cost is far greater and thus many imported Lion's Mane mushrooms are spray dried.
Contains the potent mycelium: Our Lion's Mane includes the mycelium of the mushroom (the "roots" of the mushroom below the surface) not just the fruiting body. World-renowned mycologists like Paul Stamets believe a lot of the benefits of Lion's Mane are contained in the mycelium.

This seems expensive? Actually Lion's Mane is 90% water so it takes 10kg to produce just 1kg of dried Lion's Mane. So in effect, you are getting 10x the value but without the water content.
Store away from direct sunlight. Always keep sealed. Comes in a resealable bag.

Both have the same efficacy but powder is cheaper.
Most people find capsules more convenient.
Why is a whole food better than an extract?
An extract requires the removal of some parts of the mushroom in preference for others.
When you isolate a compound from a whole food you remove components which assist the body with the absorption and digestion of the mushroom. In our experience, it is most beneficial to consume a wholefood, as close to the natural state of the mushroom as possible.
The argument competitors make for selling extracts is that the chitin is not easily broken down during digestion.
Our mushrooms are heated prior to powdering (to remove bacteria) and this is more than sufficient to break down the cell wall so the the chitin is bioavailable.
Is powder or capsules better?
Both have the same level of benefits, the difference is that powder is cheaper and easier to add to smoothies and food.
Capsules are more expensive but more convenient to consume daily.

Great product that I have been taking for year's, I won’t buy anywhere else!
At 76 my memory isn’t perfect but I’m still able to work part time successfully and run a household. I drive a large car and look after our 2 furbabies. well and walk them every afternoon.
The results I get with this whole mushroom formulation is much better than with an extract. It just feels more powerful and I love being able to adjust the dose according to what I need on the day. For those days where I need the full strength because I have a lot going on at work, these capsules do not fail me! A normal day I might only have a half dose and that just keeps me humming along, focused with better clarity. I have also found that my need for caffeine has dropped considerably, I just don't need it for energy now. Very happy I found these!
I’ve genuinely noticed a difference since taking Australian Grown Lion’s Mane Mushroom Capsules. My focus feels clearer, and I have more mental energy throughout the day. It’s been especially helpful during busy and stressful periods. I appreciate that it’s Australian grown and feels like a natural way to support my wellbeing.
Helps with mood stability, energy, sleep, cognitive function (clear thinking, able to do more than one thing at a time), less headaches, calms the CNS, reduces inflammation.
I started taking Lion’s mane after going through chemotherapy. I swear it helped with chemo brain fog. I noticed a difference after about a month of starting it.
I am very satisfied with Forest Super Foods® Lion’s Mane Mushroom. The quality is excellent, and after regular use I noticed clearer thinking and improved focus. It has helped reduce brain fog without causing any side effects. The vegan capsules are easy to take, and the product feels clean and reliable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for natural support for mental clarity.

Lion's mane can give your immune system some needed strength in a few different ways Medicinal mushrooms are nothing new. In fact, their usage is ancient, dating back hundreds of centuries in Asia and traditional Chinese medicine. However, their popularity in the West has seen a steady increase over recent years. Lion's mane
I recommend Forest Superfoods Lions Maine to everyone, I've done alot of research on this product and I've tried others it's very important how this is grown packaged and made Forest Superfoods is all Australian grown and made and it's packaged stored and comes in the safest brown glass bottles everything is 100% safe and that's more important than anything but the best thing is it actually works the benefits are amazing I finally found the right one
I have been using Lions Mane capsules for several years now and love the clearer mind when taking it. I sleep better and no longer struggle for words that tend to slip from your memory in your 60s. If my sleep is interrupted at all I add 1 or 2 Reishi capsules for an amazing nights sleep. I highly recommend both.
Only been taking Lions Mane capsules for a short while but have already noticed an improvement in my cognitive abilities. Started with one capsule and slowly increase the dose. Hoping for more improvement.
Heard a lot about lions mane and finally gave it a go... so worth it! As a busy stay at home mother of 2, I finally found something that has improved my brain fog, I am way more productive and not staggering for the right words.
Highly recommended
